Jay C. Stalnacker
Jay Stalnacker is a 19 year public safety professional. He has worked for local, state and federal law and fire agencies focusing on all-hazard emergency incident response.
Jay is a former Colorado certified police officer, emergency medical technician and mountain search and rescue specialist along with proudly serving as a Smokejumper. He has been awarded the Silver Star medal twice, Bronze Star medal and Meritorious Service medal for in the line of duty acts of bravery. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership.
He and his wife, Kim, have been married for 19 years and live in Berthoud, Colorado with their 13-year old daughter, Aspen and Golden retriever "Amigo" and Labrador retriever "McKenna". He is an avid fly fisherman and enjoys the outdoors. Jay is the founder and Director for Warriors on the River (WOR).
Kimberly S. Stalnacker
Born in Australia, Jim made a trip to Colorado in 1998 and forgot to go home. With his beautiful wife, Erin he is raising their 3 kids in Berthoud CO. Jim hold degrees in Geophysics and Photojournalism and founded an environmental engineering company in 2009 focusing on soil and groundwater remediation. Jim enjoys anything to do with the outdoors and grew up surfing, fishing and sailing on the Hawkesbury River in Sydney. Jim has adapted slowly to the cold weather sports of Colorado and can be found falling down various ski mountains most winter weekends trying to keep up with his kids. Jim is currently a Director and Chief Operating Officer of Tasman Geosciences Inc. and Chairman of the Board of Directors for Hale & Bradford Distilling.
